Phase explorer
Understand the phase you're in and what it means.
How to read your result
Every cycle moves through four phases driven by two hormones — estrogen (the one that builds you up) and progesterone (the one that calms you down). Knowing where you are today makes planning, training, and eating feel less random. The ranges shown here are based on a standard 28-day cycle. Your body is not a textbook — phases can be a few days shorter or longer for you personally, and that's normal.
Why phases matter more than dates
Apps that only predict your period miss most of the story. Strength and speed often peak in the late follicular and ovulatory phases; sleep and mood get more fragile in the late luteal. Matching the work to the phase is how you get the most out of both.
Frequently asked questions
What if I don't know my last period's start date?
Pick your best guess for now. After one full cycle, the prediction will lock in and the result on this page will match how you feel.
Are these ranges the same for everyone?
No. They're averages built from a 28-day cycle. Follicular phase in particular varies the most between people. Use this as a guide, then adjust based on what you actually feel.
