Flow & Glow publishes cycle, fertility, hormonal health, and wellness education for people who want clear information without alarmism. Our content is educational and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or personal advice from a qualified clinician.

How we create health content

Articles are planned around common cycle-health questions, user needs, and clinically important topics such as periods, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, endometriosis, ovulation, fertility, pregnancy, contraception, and symptom patterns.

Writers use current clinical guidance, peer-reviewed research, and reputable medical organizations wherever possible. When a claim needs context, we explain uncertainty instead of overstating the evidence.

Medical review

Medical articles are reviewed by qualified clinicians or subject-matter professionals before publication whenever they discuss symptoms, conditions, diagnosis, treatment, fertility, pregnancy, medication, or clinical decision-making.

Reviewer names, credentials, and profile links are shown on article pages when assigned. Reviewers check clinical accuracy, tone, risk language, and whether the article clearly explains when to seek care.

Sources and references

We prioritize primary research, clinical guidelines, professional medical organizations, and public-health sources. References appear at the bottom of article pages when they support medical claims.

Updates and corrections

We review health content periodically and when clinical guidance changes. Article pages may show published, updated, and last medically reviewed dates. If we find an error, we correct it as quickly as possible and update the page.

Independence

Editorial decisions are separate from partnerships, advertising, or commercial relationships. Partners cannot buy favorable health claims or override medical review.
