For teams who care about women’s wellness, privacy, and calm education
Our Partnership
Flow & Glow is interested in thoughtful collaborations that genuinely help women feel more informed, more supported, and more in control. We are not interested in fear-based growth, noisy promotion, or partnerships that treat reproductive health data as a business shortcut. Shared values come before shared audiences.
WHO WE WORK WITH
What a strong-fit partner looks like
We partner selectively. Fit matters more than reach.
Partner type | What that could look like |
|---|---|
Wellness brands | Products or services that support cycle-aware self-care, sleep, comfort, movement, nutrition, or daily wellbeing |
Clinics and care teams | Women’s health, fertility, pelvic health, or allied care teams that want stronger education and patient support tools |
Yoga and fitness studios | Movement partners who understand that energy and recovery can shift across the cycle |
Educators and creators | Evidence-aware voices who explain cycle health without shame, panic, or misinformation |
Academic teams | Researchers or institutions working on ethically reviewed women’s health or privacy-preserving health projects |
Mission-aligned apps | Products that complement Flow & Glow without exploiting sensitive health data |
PARTNERSHIP TYPES
Ways we can collaborate
We prefer fewer, better collaborations over broad, transactional partnership volume.
Partnership type | What it may involve |
|---|---|
Educational collaboration | Guides, explainers, webinars, or co-created educational content |
Creator partnership | Thoughtful content around cycle tracking, cycle wellness, or daily support |
Clinical review | Expert review of articles, education pages, or patient-facing resources |
Research collaboration | Opt-in, ethics-reviewed research with clear privacy safeguards |
Community campaign | Awareness campaigns around cycle literacy, privacy, or women’s wellbeing |
Brand collaboration | Carefully reviewed offers or content tied to aligned products or services |
PARTNER STANDARDS
What we look for before saying yes
A good partnership should strengthen trust, not borrow it carelessly.
Evidence-aware claims
Respectful communication
Clear privacy practices
No shame-based or fear-based messaging
No hidden data sharing
No ad targeting based on reproductive status
Clear value for Flow & Glow users
Willingness to go through editorial, privacy, and where needed clinical review
Non-negotiable
We do not partner with companies that sell reproductive health data, use pregnancy or fertility anxiety as a conversion tactic, promote medical misinformation, or expect access to individual user profiles.
WHAT WE WILL NOT DO
Hard boundaries
There are some categories of partnership we will reject immediately.
We will not | Why |
|---|---|
Sell or rent user data | User trust and privacy come first |
Share cycle, fertility, pregnancy, or symptom data for advertising | Sensitive health data should never become an ad segment |
Promote unsupported medical or wellness claims | Users deserve responsible, evidence-aware communication |
Create campaigns built on shame or fear | Fear is not a healthy growth strategy |
Imply clinical endorsement where none exists | Clear boundaries protect both users and partners |
Give partners direct access to user profiles or logs | Partnerships should never require personal health surveillance |
REVIEW PROCESS
How partnerships are approved
We review collaborations carefully before anything is published, promoted, or integrated.
Step | What happens |
|---|---|
1. Intro review | We assess who you are, what you do, and whether there is clear values alignment |
2. User benefit check | We ask what Flow & Glow users would actually gain from the collaboration |
3. Claims review | Any health, wellness, or product claims must be supportable and clearly framed |
4. Privacy review | We review tracking, consent, data flow, attribution, and third-party tooling expectations |
5. Editorial review | Messaging must fit Flow & Glow’s calm, warm, supportive tone |
6. Final approval | Nothing moves forward until the major privacy, editorial, and trust questions are resolved |
HOW WE WANT PARTNERSHIPS TO FEEL
The standard we hold them to
A good Flow & Glow partnership should feel useful, respectful, and naturally aligned with the way our users want to be spoken to.
It should make at least one of these things better:
Better cycle understanding
Better daily wellbeing support
Better care conversations
Less confusion or shame
Stronger privacy trust
More thoughtful education
If the user benefit is vague, the partnership is probably not ready.
